Return and exchange policy

  1. 7-Day Appreciation Period:
    According to the Consumer Protection Law, consumers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) after the product is delivered.
    The 7-day appreciation period is a consideration period, not a trial period. If the product has been unsealed, used, or lacks integrity, making it unfit for resale, returns will not be accepted.

  2. Return and Exchange Conditions:

    • The product for return or exchange must be in new condition and in complete packaging.

    • The return must include the invoice (electronic invoices are exempt), accessories, tags, inner and outer packaging, gifts, and all other included items in complete condition.

    • Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Return Packaging Requirements:
    For returns, please send the product back in its original packaging, including the undamaged outer box, product, packing slip, invoice (electronic invoices are exempt), tags, gifts, etc.
    If the original outer box is missing, please pack the product in a cardboard box to cover the original manufacturer’s packaging. Do not stick any labels or write on the manufacturer’s packaging.
    If any items inside the manufacturer’s box are damaged or missing, returns will not be accepted.

  4. Situations Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

    • The product has stains, odor, or missing accessories.

    • A 2cm size discrepancy, screen color variations, or exposed threads, which are within international inspection standards, are not considered defects.

    • Due to monitor resolution and display issues, there may be color differences. The actual product received is the standard.

    • The product itself is the reference; images are for reference only.

  5. Non-Eligible Situations for Return or Exchange:

    • The 7-day appreciation period has passed.

    • Missing product accessories.

    • No return or exchange service for international shipments.

    • Products showing obvious signs of use or washing, damage, or contamination, or products that have been used or cleaned, will not be accepted for return.
